As Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) at UW Credit Union, she brings deep expertise in Agile transformation, operational leadership, and organizational change. Nicole has led global delivery teams, scaled operations, and driven cost savings across healthcare, fintech, and climate-tech organizations.

Her previous roles include Vice President of Revenue Operations at Arcadia, where she led a 240-person delivery team spanning the U.S. and India, and Director of PMO at NeuGen and WEA Trust, where she spearheaded enterprise Agile transformations that significantly improved time to market and business value.
