Terri Rundell is a Senior Advisor in Strategic Change at FarWell, where she leverages her expertise in Agile transformation and facilitation to help organizations manage and sustain change. With over four years at FarWell, she supports teams in Wisconsin and beyond to navigate complex transitions.

In addition to her work at FarWell, Terri is the founder of SeeMeRISE, a personal development initiative empowering teens and adults to embrace their unique identities and thrive. She also dedicates her time to mentoring students as a middle and high school small group leader at Southbrook Church's Ignite Student Ministry.

Terri’s entrepreneurial experience includes owning Dezign2Think, where she worked as an experience designer. She also served as Program Director at the Zeidler Center, focusing on fostering community dialogue. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Terri holds an MA in Organizational Communication and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She was also a commencement speaker for the Society of Information Management’s Regional Leadership Forum in 2009.
